Airline customer survey analysis
The survey consists of 14 questions grouped into three segments by airport service, booking feedback and inflight experience. About 25000 customers returned the questionnaire. In three report pages around 350,000 data points had been analysed to answer the following questions:
What is the customer structure?
How did they rate the different segments?
What is the airlines service performance?
Customers are grouped by gender, traveller type (business / tourist traveller) and loyalty type (regular / frequent travellers)
